Install error

Thanks for the work on a very promising module.. I tried to install5.x-3.x-dev and encountered this error when installing adding the UR-Node Access module (all other UR modules installed fine):

Fatal error: main() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/user_relationships.install' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in /data/sites/mysite.com/sites/all/modules/user_relationships/user_relationship_node_access/user_relationship_node_access.install on line 4

Any thoughts? It seems that the path (usr/local/lib/php) is incorrect?
