Thanks, patch works nice.

Just for the note I was getting next warning on admin/build/modules page:

warning: Missing argument 1 for book_activemenu_menu() in /home/ivicap/moje/bin/lampp/htdocs/drupal-dist/cms/sites/all/modules/activemenu/modules/book.inc on line 19.

And after this patch warning is gone.
