Confirmation for deletion action in comments administration screen

In admin/content/comment there are two options, "Report the selected comments as spam and unpublish them" and "Report the selected comments as spam and delete them". These need to have confirmations, like the one the Comment module already has, as they're irrevocable actions on a lot of content, and it's good to be able to review what you're about to delete.
