Here is the bug that this patch fixes, easy fix:

Unknown column 'n.nid' in 'where clause' query: panels_context_node_settings_form SELECT * FROM node WHERE n.nid = 50 in /Users/joshboyd/Code/ogilvy360/includes/database.mysql.inc on line 172.
