Anytime anyone tries to download a video (myself included), you're taken to a blank page, with an address along the lines of www.anysite.com/node/xxx/download. If you want to test it out, try taking a look at one of my videos and downloading it: http://www.fatalfitness.com/bar_dips

This is still an issue. When you select "download" it takes you to a white screen of death. Also, the download counter will register that it was downloaded.

white pages are apache / http errors. please inspect your apache / http error logs for the error being thrown.
