but not working; i am using windows as OS.

Please do helpfull, i need this to resolve urgent, project is stop because of this issue.

Could be a memory limit issue.

Since you are using wamp server, click on the wamp icon, select 'Config Files', click on php.ini, a file will open, fined this line 'memory_limit', change the value to 32m, save it and restart your wamp server.

Hope this sheds some lite to your issue.
