For Drupal 6.x and RDF 6.x go to Administer > Content Management > RDF Data and press export tab.
Choose RDF Format as RDF/ XML . Press on Export. A blank page appears.

This is related to another bug, #261237: Export RDF data screen not working (3). When attempting to export in any format, the export fails and this error is generated.
