This is WIP, the code runs with Drupal 6, but still has some issues

The main upgrade is done, all the basics are working and it passes the automated testing now.

Some plug-ins still need to be upgraded but they depend on some other modules, we'll be upgrading them as these other modules have usable Drupal 6 releases...

So I'm closing this one and we'll be moving from now to individual issues, please report any issue on a new thread.

(General comments and feedback about the upgrade are welcomed here though)
