Most RSS parsers I have used will show the images with the RSS listing from ebay.

FeedAPI parses each listing as a new node with fully functional links but will not show the images from the listings.

Is this possible to do?

Try adding Only local images are allowed. to the "Allowed HTML tags" in "admin/settings/feedapi" page.
