andremolnar commentedI've tested, and attachments appear to be working just fine. But, you may not have them enabled.
There are two ways to see attachments.
1) as part of the node body
2) as a block displayed on the node page
To enable attachments as part of the node body (see illustration)
* go to admin/settings/webfm
* expand the 'WebFM attachments' field set
* check 'Append file links to Node Body'
* save settings
To display attachments in a block
* go to admin/build/blocks
* drag 'WebFM File Attachments' block to the desired region
* save settings
