Quota by role: feature, hide create content if quota is exceeded

I was about to make a feature request for this. I think it would be very cool if the menu under "create content > type of content" would either be hidden or the link removed. I suspect hiding it outright may be better.

BUT:

It should be an optional setting because I really think it is important for some node types to be "in your face" even if you don't have the permission to create additional nodes. I think this is important mainly because there may be situations where a user has created ten nodes of a certain content type that it may be necessary for them to remove old postings. If they remove old posts, then they are free to add more. Thus, then the custom error message would appear in those situations.
