Dries would like us to remove the V2 handbooks so that drupal.org can provide a link to the main book page for all collaborative books. I've already moved the Gallery page. Any other pages that are in V2 which belong in the original handbook should be moved ASAP, I'll be deleting the V2 handbooks on Thursday.

Attached is a printer friendly version of the existing V2 book pages in case anyone wants to reference those pages after they are deleted.
