Blocks by term shows as 'Block Theme' in admin settings

Description
In the admin setttings menu, the block shows as 'Block Theme'. Not a real bug, but quite confusing if you use the blocktheme module as well.
Its easy to fix in the blockterm_menu function in blockterm.module, but it would be nice if it changed to 'Blocks by term' in a new release.
