does this fine piece of work also match with advanced forum or even UIE forum?
I don´t know the architecture or the forum systems...

I've been on holiday, so didn't see this issue until today.
Not UIE forum, it's almost a completely seperate peice of software and does not conform to Web standards. Currently I have no intention of touching that module. :)
Advanced forum--the Drupal 6 version--uses User stats for post counts, if it's installed. It has it's own post count module in the Drupal 5 version however.

Ah, sorry I thought this feature request was for the User stats module. Duh.
Anyway, my previous post still stands, UIE forum: no, Advanced forum: why not? Advanced forum uses Drupal's forum so there's no reason why the two would not work together. :)
