Thanks for the great mod.
I saw the preview image (http://drupal.org/node/210341) and I was wondering what theme do you use there. I like it because of the cleanes and simplicity.

I believe it was part of CivicSpace (http://civicspacelabs.org/) I don't know if the current shipping version of CivicSpace has this theme included or not.

As default there is no any icons (maybe there are 3 of them).

Look at the CivicSpace theme. I don't know for sure if this admin theme is used anymore in the CivicSpace theme but this is your best bet for finding it.
