Multi-Attribute Fields

We'd have a multi-attribute field in our active directory:

reports_to

which contains lines for each user who reports to the "parent" user

When trying to import this into a profile field (like we do for email, first name, last name etc...) only the first attribute is imported.

We'd like the have each attribute imported on a separate line, or comma separated, to be displayed in a mutli-line text box or list.

Any help or guidance would be appreciated!
