Give Context module same package as context_ui

Minor suggestion to put the "context" module in the Context package so they appear together on the admin/build/modules interface

And a very minor patch for the very minor issue.

Actually, the proper package here is Other. In other words, the .info should name no package. We don't need packages of 2 modules. If we insist on naming a package, I think development is an OK choice. I prefer none though.

Now that there are 3 modules, we can go with 'Context' package.
