Some images link is not valid when has i18n module enabled or is inside admin.
I added base_path() function behind all the images links
Plz have a look at attached patch.

Hi sinasalek,

Thank you for the patch, I have gone ahead and applied it to the Drupal 5 dev version. Note that I did not just run the patch, rather I went through and found all the places were I was missing base_path() and added them in. If you run into any additional path inconsistancies, please let me know.
