How do I get my site back? Fatal error: Cannot redeclare theme_get_setting

I tried to fix an IE display problem and got some piece of code about theme_get_setting so I tried it out by creating a php block. Once I enabled the block and saved, I get the below error.

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare theme_get_setting() (previously declared in /home/nhotnet/public_html/includes/theme.inc:305) in /home/nhotnet/public_html/includes/common.inc(1352) : eval()'d code on line 2

I deleted the block in phpmyadmin, but the problem is still there. How do I get rid of this message or is my site dead? Please help. Thanks
