Here's my problem... There is not currently that I know of an affiliate program module included with e.commerce. This is a big problem for me. I have a production site that needs it and I was under the assumption (although I did not check -- which was a big blunder of mine) that there was some sort of referral program type thing where others would get credited or paid for the products that they referred people to. Therefore, I need some way of tracking this. I was thinking that the best way to do it would be to use some sort of referral module, but which one and honestly can you really track it by product? That is the big questions I have maybe only a few hours to get this working so hopefully I'll get some hlep here from a good Samaritan. Thanks.

I am not an expert, and this is an issue I am currently working on. CRE_Loaded includes an affiliate program in their osCommerce-based offering. JRox Affiliate Manager jrox.com allows you to have an affiliate program, as an alternate to CRE_Loaded. I am using CRE_Loaded on one project, oscommerce on another and am thinking about adding in JRox to my drupal site, since neither ecommerce or Ubercart have an affiliate program.
