use tinyurl on urls

Description

once your paths have any kind of length to them they can eat through your 140 characters fairly quickly, so it could be helpful to run the urls through such as tinyurl first.

another option could be to use the native url domain.com/node/nid or offer other services in addition to tinyurl like snurl/snipurl

According to #242108: Use path to give the address TinyURL support is in 6.x-dev but I don't know if it'll make it to 5.x.
