Currently a user is allowed to all groups that a node belongs to, even if the group is private and the user is not a member.

To see the logic that is necessary to show only the right groups see the logic in node.tpl.php in the og module.

The same problem appears on user/#uid/subscriptions/group where also private groups are shown that should not be visible.
