There's a question to maintainer - what for you are using different permissions to to tags in user profile page and for pages with users?

Suppose they are the same. If you can view user profile tags also you can view pages with users marked with this tags!

Evrytime I try to use tag-tags as url apache (2.2) throws

[Thu Mar 05 21:42:11 2009] [error] [client 85.21.143.177] client denied by server configuration: E:/www/d6/www/tag
[Thu Mar 05 21:42:15 2009] [error] [client 85.21.143.177] client denied by server configuration: E:/www/d6/www/tag

maybe this caused DAV protocol but I can't digg this now
