Words that are considered to be greetings by IRC bot should be configurable

The attached patch allows the administrator to specify which words the bot will consider to be greetings and respond to with a greeting of its own.

Also corrected !nick in the admin help (should be !who).

I'm assuming that you would want the patch made from the /bot/ dir, let me know if this is wrong.
