Fixed a couple of typos (patch attatched):

1: Removed extra "/" from "edit" link at ?q=admin/paypernode, otherwise destination was: site//user/[uid]/paypernode

2: Fixed typo in callback to "paypernode_node_addd" for menu ?q=paypernode/add
