Module to highlight specific text

Hi all,

I'm trying to find a module that automatically highlights certain predefined text passages. This seems like a rather simple thing, but I can't seem to find anything even close in the vast Drupal modules area.

We have a bunch of product names that we always want in italics and having the writers remember to do it manually won't work in the long run.

Ideally, this module would let me define text to be highlighted in the the admin area and then style the text a specific way whenever it appears in a page via CSS.

Any pointers?
