Support in Setting-Up & Structuring a 6.1 Site

Hello,

I am new to Drupal and currently building a website.

Based on reviews and awards as well as the superior flexibility I decided to use Drupal 6.x as CMS.
In addition: The IT-guys I work with only knew a relatively unflexible, outdated legacy-CMS dating from 2002 - a switch was necessary anyway.

The problem is: Neither the IT-guys (php Programmers/ Web-Developers) nor I do have the necessary knowledge to plan a Drupal-based site from scratch. Therefore I need help.

However: I will work with our own IT department which means I can not outsource the project to someone else.

What I am looking for instead is:
1.) Help in structuring a site in Drupal (Using Menus, Taxonomy, Categories or anything else)
2.) Help in configuring the installed Drupal 6.1 version according to the optimal structure
3.) Guiding us while gaining first experience with Drupal and the configuration
4.) Someone I can ask questions if something is not clear (maybe together with our IT-guys)

What I am not looking for:
1.) Help in installing Drupal
2.) Help in php Programming
3.) Help in Theme or Template Building
4.) Help in Module Programming

I prefer payment on an hourly basis (e.g. via phone/skype- or webconference) via PayPal.
