One simple change is fixing the php tags so that the theme works correctly in IIS. See bug report here for details.

I need to clarify - am I approved to help out with this theme? The Drupal Admins need to know by you saying something like: mjwest10 is approved to help on this theme.

We have checked at our end and found that it works fine on Apache2 on Windows. However, if you are facing any problems, kindly explain in detail along with a screenshot so that we can assist you further.
