I just upgraded from 6.0 to 6.2. Everything seems fine except that the comment approval page seems to have disappeared. The /admin/content/comment page no longer has a tab to go to the approval page and /admin/content/comment/list/approval just goes to the main list of comments, with nary an unapproved comment in sight.

Any suggestions? I've taken to approving comments by changing the value for "status" in the database from 1 to 0 and flushing caches, but there must be a better way.

I should add that when I try to go to

/admin/content/comment/approval

Then I get "Access denied You are not authorized to access this page."

A final comment before this topic falls too far down the list: there's no problem with a much smaller trial site running on the same drupal installation.

I don't see it imentioned and when I updated my 6.x sandbox I had originally forgotten. Did you run update.php ?

I ran it. It didn't seem to update any database tables. It ran without error except with regard to some cached items, which I deleted.
