Hi;

We are currently using the LM Paypal module on both our mainsite (www.progressiveu.org) and on our sister site (writing.progressiveu.org) to accept donations and for some paid adverts.

What I was wondering is if there was a way we can use LM Paypal to ask for optional donations on the registration form when a new user creates an account with us? Will that be possible?

If there already is an option for this, could you let me know how to start that?

You can only associate PayPal payments with a user once they have an account. You could have a page that users are sent to as they log in that asks for a donation. I believe there is a login module that can handle custom login pages. Then add a donation request on that page with a suitable LM PayPal button. You could get clever and supress the request if they had already donated but that would require a bit more work.
