I have a weird problemi with one of my Drupal installations.
It's an old blog and it worked fine until I Updgraded to Drupal 5.1 about one year ago.
Since then, file attachments don't have progress, the files are uploaded but the page doesn't automatically refresh.
I have to hit "preview" and the file comes out duplicated.
This for every attached file.
Now another problem, and I can't state when exactly it started:
That Drupal installation doesn't send emails.
I remember some time ago it was sending emails with the commentmail module, but now it doesn't anymore.
The server is a php 5.2.5 on apache 2.0.61 and another drupal installation there works perfectly, emails and attachments.
I tried to uninstall some modules, but nothing changed.
I also tried to upgrade to Drupal 5.7 and again, nothing changed.
I need emails to work and I also need file attachments to go up, since I'm having registered users who may want to attach files and other users that want the "comment subscribe" module back.
Please help me, I really don't know where to look (esp. because another installation on the same machine works like a breeze)

PS:
Don't tell me to use FCKEditor to upload because it isn't "integrated" when it comes to displaying attachments, I need the basics to work.
