I've been porting the Andreas00 theme to Drupal and I'm having some issues with where blocks are being positioned on the right sidebar. From trying various different things, I've figured that it has something to do with the blocks on the left sidebar. I've tried poking various values, but I can't seem to figure out what's going on. Any suggestions?

Through more testing, I have determined that this only occurs when Primary Links Display is set to be displayed on the left sidebar ('left' in the code). An example of what I mean is available here, set up according to the Drupal Screenshot Guidelines.
