2 requests:

1) The ability to set the default default role of group members for ALL groups on the site, instead of them having to be manually checked when the group is created.

So, let's say I create a role "group lackey" for my site. I want, by default, ALL new members of a group to have "group lackey" status as opposed to having to have the group leader manually set this up on the "OG Default Roles" page.

2) A similar thing for a group creator. Again, let's say we have another role "group leader" on my site. I want, by default, the creator of a group to have the "group leader" role.

Agreed, these would be nice features, and I'm more than willing to accept patches against HEAD -- so feel free to reopen this ticket if you have some code you'd like in. However, I do not plan on enhancing this module at this time.

This is exactly what i'm looking for ...
i tried organic groups and autoroles, og_user_roles modules ... please leave a comment here if you find a patch or module that does that ... i don't feel experienced enought on drupal to try something by myself
