New Nodes not showing up in Table View

I am having a problem where new nodes that are published are not showing up in a particular table view. I can access the node by typing in the URL directly, and it publishes to the front page fine, but it just isn't recognized by the table view. Any thoughts on how to fix this?
I've tried rebuilding the Post Settings, and Checking and Repairing the database in MySQL, but nothing seems to work.

Have you tried clearing the cache (particularly the cache_views table)?
If this still doesn't work, what filters do you have on the view?

Thanks CrookedNumber for the reply. I had a moment of stupidity and forgot that I had filtered the view to require the word "the" so that any post without content in the body would be filtered out. Unfortunately, I chose to create a post with only html. The lesson is, don't try and fix an obvious problem past 1:00 am.
