Title gets zapped when 'Update this case'

When editing a new subject/issue to a case on admin/casetracker_client/case/11 the title gets cleared.
This should not be the case. It renders casetracker_client useless :-/
It is not immediate obvious but on admin/casetracker_client/overview/all there is now no title.
Filling in the title in the collapsed fieldset 'Case Attributes' is a (not useful but workable) workaround. One moment of weakness and the title is gone :-/

Just replaced the 0.4-beta with the dev version. It seems to be solved in the dev version.
Another reason to bring 0.5-beta into the spotlight ;-)
