Just wanting to take a little survey here and ask: How much time does your job allot for Drupal community involvement, if any? I know there are some Drupal shops out there that let their developers take an entire day to work on their modules, patches, whatever. Others try to squeeze it in wherever, while others don't even bother.

My employer demands 100%
My employer demands 100% attention to client issues when the production schedule demands it, otherwise I am free to do "whatever" I think is appropriate.
The end result is that I spend a few hours a month on these forums, many hours doing experimentation and bug hunting (which MIGHT help module developers), and the rest of the time working on client issues which (due to our heavy involvement with Drupal) directly relates to Drupal anyway.
Without fully realizing it, my employer is quite active in the Drupal community .... just don't tell him!
