Hi. I'm relatively new to Drupal, and I don't know if this belongs in bug reports or not.

Anyways, I'm having an issue with all types of content on my site where if I create content and check the box so it will be published, it won't publish. Same goes for trying to publish unpublished nodes in admin/content. If I want content published, I have to go into the database and change its status value from 0 to 1. This is getting really annoying, and I can't figure it out! Please help!

So when you are posting, is the Published check box already checked?

Disable all contib modules to see if one of them is to blame. (And upgrade your Drupal to the newest stable version, that won't hurt.)

I can't unpublish.

When I uncheck publish checkbox and save, the node Is actualized but it stay published
