1. On visiting the default /node2 view and clicking the Operations tab, I am shown the usual actions (Delete, Demote etc), but only one of my Taxonomy categories (I have about 20 terms in two vocabularies) is displayed... the last in the list.

2. When I first installed Bulk Operations, the full list of taxonomy categories displayed correctly on the Operations page, but I found that the taxonomy bulk operations was not updating by selected nodes, so I disabled the module, and installed the 1.x-dev, which also displayed just one category term. On reverting to beta5, it still showed just one category.

I'm using Drupal 5.7, with a Views configured with two additional fields (1) a Search: Index (2) Node: Title, and then filtering my nodes with a keyword in a note title.

On reflection, this may be related to the Taxonomy Node Operations module, which I have tried re-installing. It is this which adds this operation to the Bulk operations page.
