How to let anonymous see the block "Active forum topics"

I didn't know whether is a configuration of "Active forum topics", which can configure access permission.

I need to let anonymous see the block "Active forum topics".

Having a try, I need check node module's both "access content" and "administer nodes".

But it's obviously unreasonable: how can anonymous have permission of "administer nodes".

I've resolved this trouble.
It's caused by node_privacy_byrole.
