Description
When a user with read only access to a file attempts to delete or convert to revision the file, a 'You do not have the appropriate permissions' message box is displayed. If the same user attempts to re-name the file, an 'unidentified' message box is displayed.

Retested on 20th May 2008.
Now, when a user with read only access to a file attempts to delete or convert to revision the file, an 'unidentified' message box is displayed. If the same user attempts to re-name the file, a 'You do not have the appropriate permissions' message box is displayed.

Retested on 28/05/08 now OK.
