Converting 6.x theme into 5.x theme

Hello to all!!
I'm running Drupal 5.7 with MySQL 5.0.45 on Fedora 7..
I have one question: is it possible to convert a theme for Drupal 6.x into Drupal 5.7? I've found great theme, Light Fantastic, but unfortunately it is made for Drupal 6.x..
So, it is possible, and can someone give my some HOWTO for converting 6.x theme into 5.x one?

A possible method
It's not an exact guide but you might look at http://drupal.org/node/132442 and look at reversing the process. If you get a Drupal 5 port of Light Fantastic together please consider contributing it back in the patch queue.
