I've been messing with adding additional content to my website and I'm curious how to setup a menu that has sub-links?

Say.. when the menu is first seen it looks like this:

About Us
Services
Blogs

then when you click on the "About Us" Link.. it opens more choices..

About Us
-History
-Location
-Members
-Portfolio
Services
Blogs

If I click "Blogs"

About Us
Services
Blogs
-Dog Blog
-Jack's Blog

Can this be done without any additional modules/add-ons?

etc...
