ADDITIONS:
- added new 'expires' setting on node forms so posting creator can decide
whether or not a particular posting should be associated with a deadline or
made 'permanent'.
- schema change: new 'expires' field added to job_posting table to accommodate
the new 'expires' feature above.
- added new admin setting for toggling between ascending and descending sort order
by creation date for node listings.

FIXES:
- fixed erroneous 'access denied' notice to new users registering via links
provided on job posting nodes.
- improved field display ordering in default node template.
- improved (i.e. more helpful) confirmation email message content.
