Description

Dear Developers,

It would be great if the meta tags could also be displayed on the dynamic (/node) page... I didn't find anyway in the administration to do that. Or did I miss something ?

Regards

The basic functionality to do this has been added. A new checkbox appears on the configuration pages that allows you to include Metatags when a node is being rendered as a teaser. It doesn't do any duplicate checking, so if that's needed please let me know.

Hi, re-opening because I think that global meta tags should show on the front page.

I have configured several global meta tags, one specifically is the Google webmaster tools verification meta tag. The problem is that this tag doesn't show up on the front page even when it's configured as a global meta tag. I would like to request the addition of this feature.

If your front page is a node/node listing, it should work with a little configuration. If not, then it falls beyond the scope of this module.

Since this module relies absolutely on a generalized node context, I'm not inclined to start adding in non-node support. Doing so could disrupt current installations. Plus, where would it stop? I have no desire to re-create work that has already been done by the Nodewords/Meta tags module.

As for this specific issue, I'm closing it again since the original feature request was met.
