As I see these templates are really simple and blunt. They doesn't even reach the average coding quality of the themes found here. Tabled layouts? ROTFL. I believe they are only some fancy graphics thrown together with a base wireframe they use to work with.
I am curious if they sublicense all 'grey stuff' (template php files)
