mailout 5.x-1.0-alpha1

Initial stable snapshot for testing. ALPHA1. Has all required functionality to work.

Doesn't have interfaces for adding/deleting/viewing/editing mail lists. Comes standard with one list, and one opt out list. You can add more through the DB if you must (don't delete the opt out list!) Will eventually add an interface here. NOTE: you don't have to use lists to send messages, this is simply an option. You can if you want have users sign up to the list, and then send to them through the mailout module. You could also just paste a list of email addresses into the box as well.

Finally think I have the release thing figured out.
