Drupal Developer/Coder Needed ASAP

I'm looking for a very talented Drupal developer/programmer/coder to assist in development of a large-scale community website.

Ideally, you are a Drupal expert and are extremely familiar with many of the most popular modules. It is a huge plus if you have strong experience in scaling large Drupal sites, optimizing performance of large Drupal sites, etc..

You MUST have strong experience with Drupal and have at least a couple of credible references I can call on. You must also have strong PHP/MySql skills and be competent with other technologies vital to a Drupal site's success!
