New web-site development - database driven content engine required

I want help to develop a new web-site database driven content engine that will hold details of business software applications and their associated suppliers and partners. The site will allow customers to browse available products and using pre-selection criteria find the most suitable systems and the nearest supplier.

The site will allow software suppliers to change their details and their applications. It will allow customers to save their selection criteria. It will allow me to manage the site and develop additional pages, change the knowledgebase etc. I am not a programmer - but have a good working knowledge of managing web-site content engines.

Please provide a list of references that I can call to confirm you have the ability to complete the work. I will expect a quote for a SLA for another 12 months and some type of warranty on work provided. Please provide examples of what you have done.

Bids for the project should include details in regards to how the project will be completed, cost, timeline, and process for project completion.
