Would be great if iPhoto import could be managed. Presently can export from iPhoto to flickr, and flickr to iPhoto, being able to cut out flickr would be good for me.

This does seem like a nice feature, though it seems like it might be a big undertaking. Either way it definitely won't get tackled until after the Drupal 6 port.

This will need to live outside this module now. You can open an issue in Media: Flickr, or a future Media: iPhoto module.
