Non-profit - environmentally conscious food supplies (Chinese) - seeking Drupal developers

I am trying to set up a web community aiming at Chinese communities, hoping to share info about illegal fishing practices and good, sustainable food supplies that can hopefully make more people become conscious about food shortages problems.

I will provide the functional reqs and will work closely with your developers to come up with a wire frame and get the site made. Will also need your web designers to theme the site.
